This
is the forth post in my favorite series and today is the turn of the
purple polishes
Nails
inc – Lowndes square
Lowndes
square is a lovely dusky lilac polish, depending on how thick a layer
you apply you will get away with one coat of this polish. The polish
doesn't apply streaky or patchy which is great, I just think this is
such a classy and sophisticated colour, if you have meetings for work
and you still want to wear a colour on your nails I think this would
be the perfect polish. I love this polish so much I have a backup.
Avon
– Decadence
Decadence
is a deep purple/red polish with a silver/blue shimmer running
through the polish. The coverage is slightly sheer on the first coat
and I will say depending on how thick a coat you apply it will take
2-3 coats for this polish to be fully opaque. There is a downfall
with this polish the shimmer doesn't come across on the nail which is
disappointing but the colour is still lovely.
Maybelline
color show – Noite De Gal
Noite
de gal is a lovely deep plum polish, this polish applies smoothly it
has a nice formulation it does take two coats for this polish to be
fully opaque. I just love to wear a deep purple/plum polish in the
colder months and this polish is so easy to apply.
Nails
inc – Suffolk street
Suffolk
street is a deep aubergine polish, this polish is a one coater. The
consistency of this polish is on the the thicker side but its not
hard to use, this polish dries demi matte so if you like that finish
don't add a topcoat but if you like the high shine finish just add a
topcoat of your choice.
Thanks
for reading
