Butter
London's keks is a lovely azure blue polish, polish has a lovely
formula and consistency the polish is almost fully opaque in one coat
and it applies smoothly. I did apply two coats just to cover the
slight nail line you could see on the first coat. This polish dries
matte which is a nice finish but if you like a glossy finish to your
polish you just apply a glossy top coat.
