Make
a wish in Rome Is a lovely creamy teal polish, the consistency of
this polish is good not to thick or thin the polish didn't streak .
The brush was nice and slightly on the thicker side which I prefer
which made the polish easier to apply.. This polish was almost a one
coater and it dried quite fast, lovely colour and formula I really
like this polish.
